ITEM DESCRIPTION: Rare Disco Boogie Funk, 1978, Side A: Love Is All Around, (Vocal Version) 12:30, Side B: Love Is All Around, (Special Instrumental) 9:15, no reserve.
VINYL CONDITION: VG+ has some light dust, has some light marks and light scuffs, heard a few light ticks at start of vocal side, No skips or repeats, sounds awesome, (please listen to a long sound clip of Love Is All Around, (Vocal Version) to give a better understanding of the sound quality from the actual record being sold).
LABEL CONDITION: VG+ clean labels, has large Record Pool Stamp on each side.
COVER CONDITION: NM- generic white cover has very light wear on edges, surface & corners, has No Seam Splits.
