VERY RARE and HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE! NEIL YOUNG "AMERICAN TOUR" Original UNRELEASED live concert recording from the Los Angeles Forum, Inglewood, California, October 1978.  Glorious 2-LP set. Released by Phoenix Records (44778), 1978, New South Wales. Still in original shrink wrap (though not sealed)! Terrific recording that can be likened to the very best productions of even Trade Mark of Quality (TMOQ).
Absolutely powerful live performance by Neil Young, including many of his incomparable signature songs: "When You Dance I Can Really Love," "The Loner," "The Needle and the Damage Done," "Like a Hurricane," Tonight's the Night," "Cinnamon Girl" and others. As usual, Mr. Young is on target with passionate, ferociously realized renditions of his ageless and unquestionably influential compositions.
The music, the sound, the posture, the demeanor of Neil Young surfaced the roots of Grunge music that he cast seed to as early as the late 1960s. This was the birth and inspiration for the ultra real music that came in from the rainy suppressions of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, and so many others in the early 1990s.
