Well here’s a very hard one to find that’s ORIGINAL Label and Promotional Copy marked: “SPECIAL DISC JOCKEY RECORD” NOT FOR SALE - on the label Both sides MGM YELLOW LABEL PROMO. There is also a Radio station stamp (I assume) number ‘1190’ on both sides THE TWILIGHTERS - DOO WOP at its best. The label also has written: “45 R.P.M. ROCK N’ ROLL RELEASE”
A VINTAGE HISTORY COLLECTIBLE!!!
I want to call it mint but I can’t. It has storage marks and I showed in the pictures. I’m almost positive that it has Never Been Played and I did not play it. There are no visible play grooves. When reflecting in the light it looks like glass. But there is a mark on the label and light paper marks in places. See the pictures please. Record number 55011 I tried to get detailed pictures for your review. I’m calling this EXCELLENT UNPLAYED and an excellent example of a seldom seen 45 record either Regular Or Promo. Please check my other listings for more records of garage rockabilly blues jazz country and some odd Memphis Tennessee record labels from the 50’s and 60’s. I will combine shipping on multiple wins.
