Description

This is the 1st album by Deep Purple and is the sought after mono version from 1968.This has the black and yellow label with 'sold in the UK' on it.Matrix nos XEX 689 and XEX 690.The vinyl is very good to excellent (Record Collector grading) with surface scratches only,some spindle marks.'K T' stamped on the label(tax mark I believe). The record plays fine.The sleeve front has some creasing and the opening edge is a bit worn,the rear sleeve is better with slight creasing and lower left corner scuffed.Sleeve is G & L.Someone has written their name in the 'S' on the title on rear sleeve but its so small that I have only just noticed it. No 'buy it now'.
