EXTREMELRY RARE
Ducretet-Thomson 300 C 023
RECORD VIRTUALLY MINT - AUDIOPHILE
This record was part of my grand father's collection. He was a critic for the french journal Le Monde and also a grand amateur pianist who was part of the jury of the Concours des Grands Amateurs de Piano in the 1990s (this competition still exists).
He used to receive such records from various companies and typicaly heard them once or twice except his favorites.
He also was a close friend of André Charlin and had the very first Charlin Hi-fi, serial #1, which is still there and working.
Record shows no surface marks. It is as shiny as in the first day, and plays wonderfuly all the way through. I therefore grade it M-.
The sleeve is also in excellent condition but has minor shelf wear on the edges (see pictures in large size) so I grade it EX. The original round plastic inner sleeve is also present and in wonderful condition.
I would therefore rate the sleeve as EX and the record as M-.
I don't think you will come be such a nice copy so don't let it pass.
