TITLE : CATELLI TRINIDAD ALL STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA LP

COUNTRY / YEAR OF RELEASE : TRINIDAD / 1974?
DESCRIPTION : Pretty much UNKNOWN mid-'70s small label STEEL BAND album from TRINIDAD!
Includes a few steelpan standards + a couple more interesting FUNK / SOUL / DISCO reworks....including (ISAAC HAYES) 'cafe regio' +
The best by far: 'SOUL MAKOSSA' which is a brilliant funky version with breaks ....have a listen....
This album would have had minimal distribution (if any) and would have been pressed in small numbers to be sold by the band at gigs, rarely found outside of the caribbean making this album very hard to find. Perfect for b-boys, Disco/funk DJs and collectors ...Original TRINIDAD PRESSING
CONDITION : Vinyl: VG+ (few light surface marks & minor hairlines only. plays through fine, with a bit of typical crackle in places. check the soundclip recorded from actual record for sale) In Picture sleeve: VG- (few small creases and minor wear to gold print cover)
