I have been a serious collector for 40 years and have had 100s of signed vinyl albums. singles, and other pop memorabilia over the years. This Album was part of a very large collection of vinyl records that I purchased in 1992 from an estate auction. I am very experienced collector in undertaking the correct process to authenticate signed pieces. I use the standard industry process by way of matching signatures against authenticated pieces as followed.
1 - Matching to authenticated pieces. 2 - Magnification process to ascertain either live pen flow, Auto pen or printed versions. 3 - Signature characteristics such as, pen flow, slant, Stop- Start points. 4 - Matching Signature changes. Signatures change over time. 5 - Does it seem correct, logically, practically, time scales.
I can conclude that the signatures on this 12" vinyl single are authentic with one exception.
Dave Gahan / Andy Fletcher / Alan Wilder signatures are all 100% authentic.
Martin Lee Gore - I cannot conclude this to be his normal signature.  His normal signature is a very pronounced looped and cross style.  The written style on the cover does however match to his normal hand writing obtained from archive letters which are available online. This In my opinion gives good credence to verify that it appears very likely that this is the handwriting of Martin Lee Gore.
I will personally guarantee the authenticity of the signatures and the handwriting on the above.
Based on the information above and the provenance that I can provide, it is without doubt that the record was signed sometime between 1983 and when I purchased it in 1991-92.
Most records fully signed by Depeche Mode have sold from £300.00 to in excess of £3000.00. The average sale price is approx £700.00 to £800.00 based on archive sales over the last 15 years. I am very realistic in terms of the value of my record and believe the estimated value to be £500 to £700

Vinyl playing surface side 1 is in excellent condition with light play wear / marks.  Vinyl playing surface side 2 is in excellent condition with light play wear / marks.
Front cover is in good condition with with age related wear / marks. There are no seam splits. Rear cover is in good condition with with age related wear / marks.
Signatures and hand writing are in excellent condition with no apparent wear or fading.
All my records are kept in protective clear covers.
