Description
• Disc condition: VG+ - Very flat disc, no dishing or warping. Has reasonable spindle wear, but clearly looked after. Over all it plays a strong VG+/VG++ with minimal crackle. Side 1 is exceptionally clean. There is a visible scratch across tracks 4-6 on side 2, but having played through it, it is hardly audible.
• Sleeve condition: VG - Laminated front sleeve with back flaps. Large "Stereo" on top right front corner. Minor wear to backflaps and the back sleeve is surprisingly clean. A little wear to all corners, and faint initials on back sleeve along with rare EMI factory red "E" sticker which apparently stands for EXAMINED for quality control. Other years had different coloured stickers.
• Matrix/stampers: YEX 94-1 1 GG YEX 95-1 1 M
• Rarer UK stereo 4th pressing variant with Ernest J Day sleeve released also in 1963. Parlophone Co rim credit. Rare M/T tax credit embossed on side 1 label. Complete with original VG++ tracing paper lined EMITEX inner. A nice copy!
