Description
LP Rare Bird “ Epic Forest” Polydor Records 1972 Cat. No. 2442 101 DE LUXE. Made/printed in England. Original 1st press issue – matrix n. A1/B1. This is a very rare copy, complete with the rare poster & bonus record. Highly collectable UK progressive rock classic - A must for any serious collector.
CONDITION (visual graded): Clean/flawless labels with no spindle marks. The vinyl LP side A has 2-3 small marks, side B is perfect … only light paperscuffs. Overall condition for the LP is Excellent. The unlaminated gatefold sleeve has light wear at 3 corners (through colour), some light edgewear a few places. Opening edge is straight. Inside gatefold is perfect, even the die-cut opening for the bonus record is perfect. There`s no name/writings, spots, tears, creaces on this cover. Overall condition for the gatefold sleeve is at least Very Good +. The poster is in perfect condition (original folded to keep inside album wallet). There`s no sign of use/wear at all on the poster. Proably only opened to study. The 7” 4-track bonus record has no scratches or spindle marks … only light paperscuffs. The 7” picture sleeve is in excellent condition … just very light wear a few places. The album comes with original Polydor polylined innerbag (Excellent condition).
