Up for bid is original and from what I've been told very scarce mid 1963 Beatles Vee-Jay VJ-522 promo 45 record. One side of the record has the song "From Me To You" (63-3218) and the other side has "Thank You Girl" (63-3219). The record has the White/Grey label which says Disc Jockey Advance Sample, and NOT FOR SALE. The record and label are in good condition with the exception of a small word written in ink on one side and a marker "X" on the other. This record was the Beatles second United States single and did not become a hit making this a rare record. I am not a record collector, so I do not know how to grade this record. It is certainly in playable condition and does not have any major condition issues that I can find except the writing and a bit of wear on the label as mentioned earlier. I recently purchased an old collection of over a thousand Beatles singles and albums. The collector had this record double sleeved and marked "very rare" and paid $250 for it in 1994, so I thought I would start with this one. I will be listing many, many Beatles records on eBay over the next several weeks. Record is guaranteed 100% authentic in every regard.
