Description
Very hard-to-find 1st pressing from Indianapolis. 1S/1S stampers.
I am not a professional grader of vinyl records. The record was cleaned in the Mk system and test played for several minutes on a normal home system with a modern Sony turntable and full size speakers. There is minimal noise here and there in a couple of very quiet passages. It may benefit from another cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning.
Cover: Shows normal wear and has a split in the left side. There is a small sticker on the back and a bit of writing. Please see the pictures.
Insert: Comes with the sleeve pictured. I believe it to be the original one. The record will be in a new paper sleeve.
Vinyl: In my opinion, I sight-grade/sample listen grade this as Very Good (on a Fair/Good/Very Good/Mint scale). No apparent spindle wear.
Run-out Codes/Stampers: L2 RY2148/9 1S/1S First Stamper on both sides. Shows “I”, indicating the Indianapolis plant.
