Description
As last evening I have at auction a number of rare Tubby Hayes, & The Jazz Couriers UK original LP’s including mega rare TEMPO LP’s.
These albums all belonged to a professional Jazz musician now in is eighties and have been lovingly cared for, all are in at least excellent condition, in fact some could be deemed as “Nr. Mint”
The second of my TUBBY HAYES UK original albums at auction this evening is the rare! 1961 “TUBBS IN N.Y” on the FONTANA label (Textured black/silver labesl) No. TFL. 5183.
Tubby is joined by Horace Parlin (Piano) George Duvuvier (bass) Dave Bailey (Drums) Clark Terry (Trumpet) & Eddie Costa (Vibes).

Vinyl, other than a couple if very light surface marks is in EXCELLENT condition.
Flipback cover, does have some scuffing to upper and lower edges with a small split (40mm) on upper, light handling marks on back and a small scratch on front VG+
