I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE UK ONE SIDED STRAWBERRY STUDIOS ACETATE single by the band RAINBOW from 1981, ORIGINAL SINGLE SIDED ACETATE AND A MUST !!!
This is the ONE SIDED ACETATE for the RAINBOW tracks "CAN'T HAPPEN HERE" from 1981, NO MORE THEN A HANDFUL OF THESE WERE MADE !!!. DON'T MISS ON THIS ORIGINAL SINGLE SIDED UFO ACETATE.
The acetate suffered from water and damp issues but plays surprisingly better then expected !!!
This is SINGLE ACETATE that was sent to a radio station in 1981 to get early plays, no more then a handful of these were made !!!
As you can see the label (which have suffered from water and damp problems) ARE HAND WRITTEN apart from the STRAWBERRY STUDIOS LOGO which is a printed label.
The ACETATE was pressed in 1981 by POLYDOR RECORDS in the STRAWBERRY STUDIOS.
The songs are: CAN'T HAPPEN HERE.
This ACETATE is in FAIR / GOOD- condition (slight flaking to the run in grooves, plays VG- with only a couple of ticks in the first few seconds after that plays loud and strong).
DON'T LET THIS RARE RAINBOW ONE SIDED PYE STUDIOS ACETATE single get away as you will NEVER see another one.
