Description
In 1977 a tour of Australia was organised for Stooges front man Iggy Pop. The support slot was given to Radio Birdman. The posters were printed and dates set but unfortunately the tour never eventuated. The posters have since become desirable collectors’ items.
On offer here then is one of these posters. It is an original. It is quite large approx 90cm X 55cm. It has a large Birdman logo and the bands name is in large letters across the top. It is a classic Birdman poster. The tour dates are given.
The poster is in EX+ condition. There are a couple of small faults on one edge. They look like manufacturing faults. There are also a couple of spots of general wear from storage. A very nice copy of a poster that is nearly 30 years old.
Poster has been stored rolled.
