Super rarity Obtain given to me directly by legendary Austin psychedelic create is from the 60s Spencer Perskin And Hand signed on the top left corner Also signed by the original band member and keyboard artist piano virtuoso Sean Seagal pretty much The birth of the Austin psychedelic seen Texas scene which groups such as bubble puppy 13th floor elevators and of course shiva’ s  headband very tough to find sealed and signed .
