Original 1969 UK first issue. One EMI box on the labels, the earliest variant, with label text production credit, being just "Lupus Music", not "Lupus Music Co. Ltd."
Single digit stamper codes on both sides.

The vinyl is  EX
Deep shine and reflective gloss
It has some light and very slight marks under close scrutiny, and bright light. The audio quality is superb, it is exceptionally sharp and dynamic, it plays really well. with just a just small handful of faint and isolated singular pops. 
Nothing loud or in any way ugly.
The tiny amount of interference is all very light, singular, nothing repetitive, and there are not very many.   There is not a lot between them, but EX is a tight grade
Side 1 audio is EX
Side 2 audio is EX+
Quiet deadwax, clean background, superb dynamic audio quality is the overwhelming constant.

High collector pedigree, and a superb playing ultra early UK 1st issue - astoundingly good audio quality.

The labels are NM / EX (see the pics - Side 2 has a spindle trail close to the hole - it looks like just one mildly drunk one, but it could be two smaller ones on the same spot - almost)

The laminated sleeve is VG+
The earliest type, with the couple facing West (to the left) of the rear of the flip-back sleeve. The rear image has a Green tinge to it. Small damage to the bottom flip-back.

The original Sepia coloured inner sleeve is VG+ In excellent condition, but has a split to the bottom

One of the earliest first issues you will see, not perfect, but it is not very far from it. A a very nice looking and playing record. Superb dynamics, high quality audio, very few, and very minor imperfections.

Mint is a Rigid Band - The next Four Grades are all Narrow Bands, that slightly widen as the condition gradually deteriorates - Good is still Good, but there is a rapid widening of the Grade Bands, as the condition deteriorates over the last Four grades.

The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

The record shows virtually no signs of having been played,  there is no lessening in sound quality.

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated, but the record will still play through, and it will not be a completely unpleasant listening experience, even at the bottom of this grade (56).
The cover and contents may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even stick, skip or jump.. This is starting to be an unpleasant listening experience at the top of the grade (55) and will not be a pleasant listening experience at all by the end of it (41).
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.
The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
