Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the items I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
Pete Best (former Beatles drummer, listed on the 45 labels as BEST of The Beatles)-"I Can't Do Without You Now"/"Keys To My Heart" 45, Mr. Maestro 711, released in 1965. This is a scarce blue vinyl first pressing, not a re-issue; there are some black swirls in the wax, due to the manufacturing process. This also was released in a plain black vinyl version. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM- condition. The labels are in overall great shape; there are remnants of two small "x"'s on the A-side label. It will come in a plain white sleeve. Very nice Beatles related item; ironically, the few 45's Pete released are for the most part more valuable than the majority of the Beatles 45's.
