Description
MYRECORDCOLLECTION is back after the Summer break with some more great and rare UK vinyl between now and Christmas! This is an EX / EX copy of this rare and wonderful UK folk LP by Irish trio EMMET SPICELAND released in 1968 on PAGE ONE RECORDS - POLS 011 (Stereo playable Mono). It was beautifully recorded by producers Bill Martin & Phil Coulter ( who also produced Beggar's Opera for Vertigo Records). It has a warm sound and no more than on My Lagan Love ( also recorded by Horslips amongst others). This was a library copy and the vinyl has had minimal play and is a very strong EX. The 'tabed' Page One sleeve has a great close up of the three band members and is only let down by a crease in the laminate in the top r/h corner. A rare 'traditional' Irish folk LP, one that is very rarely seen, the re-issue being more often found.
