- 1974 debut PRIVATE release on SINGING FOLKS RECORDS (SF-1974; CALIFORNIA, USA).
- Album dedicated to WOODY GUTHRIE, RAMBLIN' JACK ELLIOTT, and BOB DYLAN.
- Special thanks given to ARLO GUTHRIE, JACKIE GUTHRIE, HOYT AXTON, JERRY GARCIA (the grateful dead), JOHN PILLA, BOBBY WEIR (the grateful dead), ERIC ANDERSEN, DOUG DILLARD, and RAMBLIN' JACK ELLIOTT.

- Shiny HIGH-GLOSS vinyl is visually a nice VG+ (includes some light hairlines on each side, some light and very thin scuff lines, and some small scuff markings here and there -- plays nicely with some ticks here and there -- disc professionally cleaned by VPI cleaner!); labels are VG to VG+; cover is VG- (cover/edge wear including some mildew and moisture staining on frontside and a sticker stain).
