Description
This is my VG / VG copy of this RARE UK LP ON BLUE BEAT Records - BB LP 804. The laminated sleeve is made of very 'thin' card and there is a 2" tear in the middle of the record opening on the front cover. This has never bothered me as it was always housed in plastic sleeve. It is possible to do an 'invisible' repair, from the inside of the record opening, if the new owner so wished. Apart from this fault it would have been an easy EX, with the 'tabbed' rear sleeve being very white except for a couple of small stains. The spine is firm and strong, but there is no 'print' on this Blue Beat LP spine. Now the record itself. This is a 'played' copy and there are visible marks and some noise, but it is still a strong VG, for a record that was made to play and dance too! The other artists on this compilation are The Mytals, Tommy McCook, The Ska Busters, Eric Morris, The Skatalites & Don Drummond. A number of spindle marks on the Blue Best labels indicate numerous plays. Still a NICE original copy of this UK RARITY!
