The record has light surface marks and quite a lot of paper scuffs mainly on side 1 but these do not affect play - they can only been seen when the record is held at a certain angle towards the light - i have tried to take a picture so you can see them. There are also some visable very light surface marks on side 2 but again these are superficial marks and do not affect play. Both textured labels are clean and have no spindle marks. If it wasn't for all the paper scuffs i would be grading this record as near excellent but because of the paper scuffs it grades just very good condition. I have played this record and it plays lovely.
Unfortunately as you can see in the picture, the front part of the laminate gatefold sleeve has been ripped near the top edge. The previous owner has neatly glued it back together. Where the rip ends(towards the opening edge),. there is a 1 inch split. There is some corner wear and some edge wear(on the bottom edge(see picture). There is some small creasing around the edges and down the spine. There is some minimal ring wear/general light rubbing marks. There is also a small stain on the top right corner. Without the rip i would have graded it a strong very good condition but with the rip it grades just good condition.
