Description

Offered for auction at low start bid with no reserve is an early 70's copy of Pink Floyd's debut LP-"Piper At The Gates Of Dawn".UK stereo on two box,black and white label EMI SCX 6157. It features a front laminated,non-flipback sleeve;there is minimal wear to the laminate with some slight creasing,whilst the back cover has some ring wear and a little discolouration.The spine is pretty good,with legible lettering,(please see photos.There is,however,a 2.5 inch split to the top edge of the sleeve,and the start of some similar wear in the middle of the bottom edge,(again,please see photos). The record is in excellent condition and plays well.It is a mis press,in that the side 1 plays side 2 and vice versa,ie the labels are reversed.I don't know how many copies were issued like this,but I'm sure I've come across similar copies in the past.Overall the grading is VG-/EX. All records are cleaned and tested using an Okki Nokki record cleaning machine and a Linn Axis turntable. Automatic postage discounts for multiple purchases.
