On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Pink Floyd called "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" FACTORY SAMPEL and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'K T tax code' columbia label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE Pink Floyd RAREST LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE Columbia LABEL AND IS INCREDIBLY TOUGH TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! AND THOUGH THIS LP MAY NOT BE 100% MINT VISUALLY, AND THE COVER HAS A FEW CREASES - THIS IS STILL A PRESENTABLE & VERY PLAYABLE EXAMPLE OF AN EXTREMELY RARE LP!!!! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS Columbia LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS ‘E.J.DAY’ LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Columbia UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is SERIOUSLY rare in EVERY respect!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SX 6157 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Columbia label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in GREAT condition (see pictures) with NO writing, only some tiny 'touched in' traces of wear around the center holes, and a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in EX condition overall, and though it is not visually perfect - it is still VERY shiny looking and plays WELL!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 2 hairline type marks. LOOK AT THE PICK YOU CAN SEE THE 2 MARKS, only a few VERY light hairlines, only 2 light scuff lines,THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY (if not BETTER) as the visual with NO pops, only a few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO sticking, , NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The record must grade EX (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and still plays VERY well indeed!!!! Believe me this record is NOT over graded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brilliant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' FULLY Laminated MONO Cover is still solid & presentable It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (apart from a couple of absolutely TINY isolated 'touching in' traces), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the laminated back of the cover has NO grubbiness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! However - although this cover has NO major defects (NO rips, NO tears, NO splits, NO writing, etc) - it does have quite a few creases (mainly towards the edges), and so for this reason I will downgrade it to VERY GOOD (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - though it is still a VERY solid & presentable cover!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
