All items are described honestly and photographed clearly. Due to age sometimes Jewel cases/boxes are not perfect, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for issues with Jewel cases or boxes.

All CDs in this auction were cherry picked by ourselves from a first owned collection of over 10,000 discs owned by a Finance Director who had meticulously been collecting CDs since 1983. Also now included are discs owned by a famous author who had gathered a collection of over 10,000 discs.

All items are posted within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Our postage and packing prices are very competitive. Due to the fact CDs are different weights because of booklets, large cases etc, postage costs are all calculated at the end of the auction, we only add a small amount for packaging and to cover the fees. Please wait until I send out an invoice after all auctions have ended, it's not set up to provide a standard discount on postage due to the fact we charge by weight. This way we provide fair and realistic prices on postage.
We have specialised CD boxes for posting and also use some recycled packaging with added protection to help the environment when we can. If requesting packing without Jewel cases please be aware this is at your own risk of damage.
Customers buying from abroad - Please advise me if you wish items sent tracked as I get a lot of emails requesting tracking numbers after the auction. As I offer such low postage for the customers benefit the costs given are for sent standard. If you wish this there is an extra low charge. I do receive proof of postage for all items and any reported as missing are thoroughly investigated by the post offices here and abroad and if an area or bidder becomes a problem I will unfortunately have to stop delivering there. Please allow time for items to arrive prior to emailing me, postage out of the U.K. can take over a week.
POSTAGE COSTS HAVE CHANGED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS IN ITALY, BRAZIL OR CHILE AS THEY HAVE TO BE SENT TRACKED AND SIGNED DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS REPORTING ITEMS NOT RECEIVED - PLEASE CHECK THE POSTAGE COSTS WE LIST BEFORE BIDDING AS THESE COUNTRIES WILL BE INVOICED THE TRACKED & SIGNED OPTIONS ONLY
All items must be paid within a week after the end of the auction or disputes will be opened. If you cannot pay within this timescale please let me know after the auction by email.
Royal Mail is used for small orders, larger orders will be delivered by courier.
For large bulk orders further postage discounts given when amount known for the weight - please wait for the invoice to be sent to you after auction, this may take 24 hours as I need time to weigh all the purchases. We are a small family business and there is only one person in charge of CD auctions.
