UK 45rpm PROMO VINYL SINGLE IN BLACK SLEEVE. The promos did not come in the blue die-cut sleeve the regular releases first appeared in. The matrix and mother/stamper combinations indicate the very first pressing from first mothers and first stampers for this disc.
