On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Paul Butterfield Blues Band called "East West" and is an INCREDIBLY rare Original 1966 UK Elektra MONO pressing!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE!!!! BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS ONE HAS A MEGA RARE UK 1ST PRESSED FULLY LAMINATED COVER!!!! MOST COPIES OF THIS LP HAVE IMPORTED U.S. COVERS - BUT THIS ONE HAS THE MUCH RARER AND STUNNING LOOKING FULLY LAMINATED 1ST PRESS UK COVER!!!! THIS IS A 1966 MONO PRESSING WITH A 'TEXTURED' ORANGE ELEKTRA LABEL, MEGA THICK QUALITY VINYL, AND A 1ST PRESS UK MONO ELEKTRA SLEEVE!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK 1966 Elektra MONO 1st Pressing, and is very VERY hard to find indeed!!!! The Cat. No is EKL 315 on the ORIGINAL 'Textured' Elektra label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Paul Butterfield Blues Band at their best!!!! Any fan of Paul Butterfield Blues Band, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty deep scratches, 2 wispy light scufflines, 2 or 3 hairlines and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is almost as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO jumps, NO sticks, and NO crackle!!!! However there are a few clicks and pops from a couple of the hairlines - though most are low level and totally lost in the music!!!! The record has NO distortion and NO groovewear - but they is a some background noise towards the outside of the record - most noticeable on the run on grooves, and first couple of gaps. However this is quite difficult to notice in the music and the music still sounds CRYSTAL CLEAR!!!! The record must grade Very Good (Minus) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The MEGA RARE UK 1st Press Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! This cover is must grade Excellent (Minus) if not better!!!! THIS LP IS REALLY TOUGH TO FIND WITH A UK 1ST PRESS COVER!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
