Up for auction is a Near Mint authentic 1933 picture disc of JimmIe Rodgers American Blue Yodeler; Cowhand’s Last Ride with the original blue booklet!!!!
The picture disc was produced by RCA Victor Company on May 17th, 1933 and released on June 27th the same year.
Jimmie Rodgers is considered by many to be the father of country music!! This is one of the very first picture disc ever produced.
Side one and two disc’s are rated NM with NM labels! The accompanying blue booklet (very rare to find at all let alone in this condition) is intact!!
The booklet has no rips, writing or tears!! The spine is in beautiful condition. There are minor stain marks to the front of the booklet.
There are 2 accompanying 78 vinyl records that were originally sold in the booklet!! Again a super rare find!!!
There were only a few hundred of these picture disc’s produced, and less than 10 known to still exist today!!!
