This listing is for some items I received from David Ferguson (the owner of CD Presents record label). In the late 1990's he was shopping around unreleased (mostly live) music by artists he recorded over the years plus the reissues of all of the existing CD Presents titles. He was looking for one million bucks for the whole package but never got it. I got this because I did WB Product Development and he knew I could get it to the right people. I wondered why he didn't just call them. It was because his reputation preceded him (and his rep was not good). I did make the calls but got a definite NO from several labels without even sending them the promotional materials and contract info. Anyway, this is some of the stuff he sent me. The LP covers never had records in the jackets, The Offs "First Record" cover has two promo holes in the cover, some edgewear and general light wear from shipping, I would it as EX since it was never used and still presents well. It is RARE due to it being the original 1984 release with the first LP cover art ever done by Jean-Michel Basquiat. The "Rat Music for Rat People Vols. II & III". covers are NM with no promo markings and included is a special cassette w/one side of excerpts from Volumes I & II. ALSO INCLUDED is a cassette titled: "SUMMER OF HATE: The Golden Age of Punk - Selections from Unreleased Recordings"; it is comprised of complete songs of unheard live recordings (and some studio stuff) that he was shopping. Included are songs by Avengers, Dwarves, NOFX, D.O.A., Circle Jerks, Black Flag, Bad Brains and more! Has close to 50 minutes of great Rare Punk/HC! These are the last items I have that David Ferguson sent to me. Buyers are responsible for any duties or fees charged by your country including VAT.

Everything is professionally packed with appropriate mailers; LPs are sent outside of their covers (unless they are still sealed) and posters will be shipped rolled in tubes unless stated otherwise.
