This is an original pressing of the rare private press 1969 psych LP: THE SACRED MUSHROOM "SELF TITLED" (Parallax / stereo / P-4001).

Record shows some light wear and several surface marks - plays with a light surface noise / crackle that is noticeable but does not overpower music. A bit more noticeable on A side.

Cover looks great with only minor wear - bottom seam split appx. 1 inch at opening - name written on back cover near top right (see scan).
