This is an Oliver Tree - Ugly Is Beautiful signed gatefold sleeve only. It was purchased from the Atlantic Records website at the time and the sleeve is signed by Oliver Tree on the front.
Important: this listing is for the sleeve only.
There is no vinyl record included, no music/disc, and no inner record included. You are buying the signed gatefold jacket/sleeve only.
I am selling it because, as a longtime fan, it is a bit sad for me to hold onto now, but I also do not want to just throw it away.
Please check the photos carefully for condition. There is some visible wear/marking, including writing/signature on the front as shown.
