Record cover has tape on edges, cover has a tear on front over Presley as shown, but considering this is an original press over 60 years old, you can expect this from this true vintage collector's piece. Original insert is included, has full splits on both edges.

Record is rated as VG to VG-, that nice vintage surface noise in between and during passages. There are scuffs on record as expected for a record rated VG to VG- and for a record of this age.
