Every Tuesday between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm (European Time) I will offer old Punk records
Legendary Mod / Punk / DIY punk classic from England. This rarity, their second single, was released on Ed Ball’s own private mini label ‘Kings Road’ records in 1979 (matrix number KR-002). The label name is rubber-stamped on the white label etiquettes. eBay prices: £65 + £62 + £114 (UK). Also both labels were born with an original O-LEVEL sticker which shows the tracks on each side. You can listen to ‘Leave Me’ and ‘Stairway To Boredom’ plus ‘We Love Malcolm’ and ‘Everybody’s On Revolver Tonite’. As you might know ‘Revolver’ was a UK TV programme from 1978 that only ran for one season and featured the likes of the RICH KIDS and TRB. The line-up of this first 7“ was Dan Treacy of TELEVISION PERSONALITIES plus John Bennet and Gerrard Bennet of REACTA. Here on the ‘Malcolm’ EP the line-up is named as Paddy O’Level, Mick O’Level, Brendan O’Level and Joe O’Level but in fact all tracks are played and sung by Edward Ball who later founded the TIMES and TEENAGE FILMSTARS. What a shame, O LEVEL only ever issued two 7“ records. There is ‘Nov 79’ and a marker on one label side plus on the inner side of the picture sleeve otherwise the condition is:

Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
