No Means No Look Here Comes the Wormies/Mass Appeal SS Social Service 7" vinyl”
This copy has never been played, not once. The vinyl is mint, but there is yellowing and embedded dust on the great folding cover from decades in storage. And, a tiny yellowish stain on the SS side .(Check out the photos). Because the “Single” has been in a plastic cover for 46 years, the little stain could be a splash of coffee from when Rob and John Wright, myself, and a few friends sat at my kitchen table and cut and glued the covers by hand in 1980.
At that time, (prior to their first gig) No Means No was a duo of Rob and John Wright only. Mass Appeal was Ray Carter on bass and vocals with the Wright brothers, Rob on guitar and of course John on drums. ~~~ This is an exceedingly rare piece of Punk history. 500 copies were made in 1980 [ I don't know how many survived ].
[ I’m also adding a copy of a brutally primitive 11 X 8.5 Poster that was put up around Victoria in 1980, specifically to Hype "SS Social Service" for the winner of the auction. (See photos).]
