This is the same concert as the “Never Say Die” videotape/dvd, which was probably the audio source.
Side 2 ends at the first pause in Tony’s solo, right before he starts the Orchid-style fingerpicking part. So the LP consists of the first 44 minutes (approximately) of the audio from the videotape.
The LP has many scuffs and light scratches, feelable (barely) in a few small spots, causing just two ticks during “Black Sabbath,” three ticks during “Never Say Die,” and four ticks during Ozzy’s brief spoken introduction before “Dirty Women.” The surface noise is inaudible during most of the LP, and the fidelity is similar to that of the videotape, which is to say it sounds great.
There are other LPs with audio from this concert, but I can’t find this version anywhere on the internet.
