Old Estate Find.......This auction consists of one vintage original Promotional Northern Soul 45 Record. Willie Hutch on DUNHILL.
Label states Trousdale Music Publishers, Inc. BMI-2:35. 45-D-4012. AMP 45-00819. Produced by: LOU ADLER. Promotional Copy Not For Sale.

The other side label has the same info except for the song title"THE DUCK" (song length is 2:57) and AMP 45-00818.
I am not a record collector or grader. I will explain the condition of this record the best I can plus please see all of the pix.
The Side with Love Runs Out is super clean and the wax has lots of gloss and looks like it was barely or never played. The paper label around the center hole shows a little wear. Maybe slight peeling from the factory.(See Pix).
The side with The Duck has a pretty good scratch.(See Pix) plus a light scratch near the edge that is hard to see. I played this side on my turntable and did get a skip. May not skip with your set up and needle but the scratch is there. Still has nice gloss also. Label looks nice with a tiny amount of wear. Sleeve is in good shape (Printed in U.S.A.) with some slight age & storage wear.......
I leave vintage records the way I find them. This original vintage 45 is being sold just as I found it.
