A Thousand Wonders/The Toronado (Ovide 223)
Holy grail status Northern Soul and Funk 45 by the TSU Toronadoes - of Houston Texas. This record came before they linked up with Archie Bell for "Tighten Up". Manship lists value at 1000 GBP, so as you can imagine, it is extremely rare! This was also the first release for the group on Ovide and also one of the earliest releases for the label. Grade: Store Stock M- (only played once - to test quality of pressing. High gloss on the wax!) I've seen Salt "Hung Up" more times than I've seen this soul/funk split 45, so bid accordingly!
