Description
The sleeve looks great despite some normal wear surface paint scuffs, the corners are still terrific, no seams, great color, George Harrison is crystal clear (not fake) and the white borders around the band's pictures are the correct thickness. There is a small amount of ring wear only noticeable from the back side on the bottom when the album is tipped correctly and it's viewed in the right light (see pictures). The vinyl and inner dust sleeve are both in near mint condition. Still is a trade up for many collectors. Please take a close look at the pictures to judge for yourself as they're obviously the most important part of the description. A little back story about me if you're interested:
My father was an enormous Beatles fanatic/collector and an absolute audiophile. This album is from his lifelong collection. This and all of his albums were cherished and carefully cared for, they were always kept in a climate controlled environment stored vertically in a private library and always in an additional dust sleeve. If you're a collector, I can promise that you will love the pieces in his collection.
Unfortunately I've only been a very occasional buyer, so an eBay track record for me really does not yet exist. It has become my mission to see my father's collection carefully gets to the right people's hands, the same people that love these treasures as much as he did. I aim to earn your trust quickly, by proving that I have the utmost respect for him, his collection and maintaining an excellent experience for everyone involved so that we can continue doing good business with everyone happy and comfortable throughout the entire process.
