Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


INCREDIBLE original Greg Calbi mastered Sire Winchester pressing from 1977 with STERLING stamp in the dead wax on side 1 and Winchester "rifle" logo stamped on both sides!!!  Includes original glossy black & white printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics and John Holmstrom illustrations!!  LP is a STUNNING near mint minus and cover is VG+/VG++ with a small bottom right hand corner saw notch.  Just a beautiful copy.  LP is FULLY SIGNED by Joey, Dee Dee, Johnny and Marky next to their respective photos on the front cover with the exception of Marky, who signed in the center of the pink Ramones banner at the top!!!  All signatures are beautifully legible in blue ink with the exception of Johnny, who signed in a bold black marker!  This was purchased from a former Sounds Good Record Warehouse employee who had 2 copies of this LP signed when the band visited her store right here in Chicago way back in the day.  The other copy is in my private collection and will remain there unless I somehow lose my entire life savings but I won't guarantee it even then as the Ramones are one of, if not my absolute favorite, band in the history of recorded music.  Don't sleep as fully signed copies of this (or any) LP by the Beatles of punk rock RARELY come up for sale and are currently very undervalued.   Guaranteed to rise in value in the coming years.
