SPECTRUM ST 2001 stereo  Atlanta band, Georgia recorded and produced circa 1968.

Hand etched in trail off vinyl side one: WR45-1249-1     5-1    X 

                                                side two: WR45-1250-1     5-2    X

                     This is not a reissue, later pressing, counterfeit or bootleg. This is the real thing.

                      Equally important to know is that this LP is visually in POOR condition.

                      By some miracle it actually plays VG+  with of course surface noise and pop/clicks,

                       ( but no skips!) it plays a thousand times better than it looks.

Lp still has a shiny surface. It also has MANY scratches and scuffs, some of which can be felt with fingertip. 

Labels have many spindle marks.

This record was most likely owned and  played by local Atlanta Ga. Freaks- people with long hair and heads full of mind altering drugs.  They didnt give a damn about dont touch the surface of a record, or handle it carefully-  They just wanted to hear that music you understand.... AND HEAR IT NOW!!!!    Thus the condition of this particular very collectible record.

Cover has large water stain visible in pictures with some blistereing mid cover as a result of this.

Rest of cover has basic heavy overall wear.  seams and spine overall pretty decent.  No lettering on spine.  Red stamp on back from GOOD TIMES PRODUCTIONS, MACON GA.

Interesting note: the address  on back cover for  SPECTRUM STEREO   in Atlanta Georgia turned out to be only about a mile from where I was living when I got this record.  What I found at this address was a very interesting little 1940s modern type white brick house in a small middle class neighborhood.   I sat in front of it for awhile and pondered on who in the band  might have lived there back in the day, was it recorded there etc...........
