Description

And here you have it, kids: THE REAL DEAL.

The Misfits 1984 EP "Die, Die My Darling" on opaque black vinyl (yes, definitely opaque). Legit first pressing with the same peach/light-pink logo that the first pressing purple vinyl cover has. Large spindle ring on the center labels.
While the quantity pressed has been said to be at 5000 copies, anybody who knows how scarce this pressing is knows the quantity is far more likely to be 500 - the same as its purple vinyl sibling.

Run-out groove etchings:
PL-903-A TR PA - 5-84 EDP PL-903-B TR - 5-84 ED

Condition of both the sleeve and vinyl are within the realms of VG+ and EX. Vinyl has some light surface marks. Plays beautifully. The cover has a few minor creases, but one however stands out since it is literally a crack (see photos). Unlike later pressings, the card stock used for the cover of this one is known to be somewhat brittle and prone to yellowing in the white areas, as well as being easily damaged. Hence, it's pretty hard to come across a copy in flawless condition. In this case, I'm guessing this cover may have been dropped and landed on its corner. That's all it would really take. That aside, it's in great shape for such a sought after record that's 35 years old. You will be pleased and it's a mandatory piece for any serious Misfits vinyl collection.
