Description
This copy of Highly Refined Pirates is part of the 4th pressing. It is an "in between" color from the change over between the red and blue of the same pressing. It is limited to only 17 copies, four of which were sold to the general public via Vinyl Collective. The remaining 13 copies were given to the band/label/friends. At the time it was my intention to have a complete collection of Minus the Bear vinyl, however life has gotten in my way and I've been forced to break up the collection. I've waited as long as I could to sell this, as I would rather keep it in my collection, however the time has come for it to move on to some other MTB collector's hands.
As you can see from the pics below, the vinyl is a dark purple. When handled normally, it appears to be black vinyl, however when held under a light you can see the mixture of blue and red that creates the purple hue. It's really very gorgeous. Sorry for the grainy photo of the purple, my camera is not the greatest.
The record is in pristine condition, never having been played. It will be safely packaged in a cardboard mailer with solid protection. I generally ship media mail to keep costs down, but if you prefer priority and/or insurance, please get in touch. I'm willing to ship internationally, however you must contact me first to figure out what shipping method you'd like to use. I will not be responsible for the record getting lost in the mail. All domestic shipments will have delivery confirmation, international shipments will be determined by the buyer who will incur all costs of shipping. Media Mail rate applies to lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and all international destinations require specification of requested shipping method.
