Description

This is an amazing album by Ric Ocasek, Benjamin Orr & Greg Hawks from 1972, many years before forming the band The Cars. The sound is much different from what they would become in the following years. It is much more of a Crosby, Stills & Nash, America kind of sound with great song writing and vocal harmonies. Most albums that pre-date great bands are interesting but this one is outstanding! There is nothing here that would lead you to believe they would morph into the Cars. Must hear!
The deep groove record has been VPI cleaned and is in EX condition. It is a Sterling Press with the famous "RL" initials scratched on meaning it was mastered by the very reliable engineer Bob Ludwig. Sounds Great! 
The cover is in VG+ condition bordering on excellent. Very little wear on the front or back. There is  a small crease mark on the back bottom right side (visible in picture) that lowers it's grade from EX to VG+. This is a very nice record and cover and you won't be disappointed with it!
