Dead Wax Markings:  Side 1:  XLP47324-1H  There also appears to be a "T" marked at the opposite side from the matrix numbers.
                                      Side 2:  XLP47325-1D  There also appears to be a "TA" marked at the opposite side from the matrix numbers.

Condition:  The album has only been visually graded.  Due to the subjective nature of grades (and the fact I no longer own a record player), I will fully describe the album and jacket rather than simply attributing a grade.  I've sold 50+ Lps - please see my feedback.  If you would like additional information or photos, please shoot me a note and I'll get right back to you.
 
                    Jacket:  VG   No seam splits.  No creases.  Slight corner wear on top left corner.  Some ring wear on front and back.  There is a stain on the rear of the jacket.
                    Disc:     VG-  The record is glossy but there are a several light to moderate scratches and scuffs.  One crosses all of side 2.  See photos of the three most evident scratches.
                    Label:   VG+  Hole shows no sign of wear.  The few small light smudges may come off with cleaning but I didn't want to take a chance.  Some wear on the edge of the DG.

The original description above is accurate, but given the amount of interest that this item has generated, I thought I would provide additional details regarding the album's condition. Jacket:  There are no seam splits.  There is some slight loss of jacket ink on the top seam but it is in very good shape.  There is more wear on the bottom seam.  It has not broken through anywhere, but there is a one inch spot about midway across where there is early signs of a pending split.  In other places on the bottom seam there is some early peeling of paper.  The spine is in very good condition - excellent for its age.  All the lettering is still clearly legible and there are only slight signs of wear at the top corner.  The corners of the jacket are very good as well.  Very slight wear is evident on each corner with hardly any visible from the front.  On the back you can see some small damage to the top two corners.  On the top left corner the back cover label is beginning to peel away slightly.  The measurement of the portion that is peeling is 1/4" across and 3/4" down - it is still fully in tact and can most likely be glued back with no problem.  The top right corner has a small crease measuring 1/4" across and 1/2" down.  There is minor ring wear evident on the rear and moderate ring wear on the front.  The worst of the ring wear can be seen in the photo where on the lower right of the front of the jacket some of the ink has flecked away.  Finally, the most noticeable condition issue on the jacket is the stain on the rear of the jacket.  The stain looks worse in the photo than in real life, but it is still quite evident.  The stain measures 7.75" and 2" at its widest and tallest points.  other than the stain, this jacket is in great condition considering the age of the LP.

Label:  No updates.  Condition fully described above and is evident in the photos.

Disc:  As I've repeatedly noted - grading records always gives me pause due to the subjective nature of the grading and my inability to listen to each record.  I've tried to apply the goldmine standards but unfortunately, they are fuzzy at best.  I've posted them below for reference.  I've graded this disc as VG- but it would qualify anywhere from G to VG.  There are a number of light to moderate scuffs and scratches.  One crosses all of side two.  None of the scratches can be felt by running your finger across them.  However, I am able to feel a scratch across with my finger nail running across the most inner 1/2" of "All Blues" on side two.

Very Good (VG)
VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.

Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label.

VG covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside, is obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious; it may appear on all three sides, though it won’t be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written or it or stamped a price tag on it, too.

Good Plus (G+)
or Very Good Minus (VG–)

The record still plays through without skipping, but it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers and failing miserably. A Good to VG– cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing, such as, for example, huge radio station letters written across the front to deter theft.
