Box Set Includes:

1. A repressing of the This Is It 4-LP vinyl set on translucent blue vinyl with original jacket artwork 
2. 12” X 12” 60-page hardcover coffee table color photo book containing full-page still photographs from original CD booklet and additional previously unpublished photos from This Is It rehearsals 
3. Rare promotional 3D enhanced Blu-ray disc of the film never released as a standalone version (3D Blu-ray player and TV not required for playback in 2D). 
4. Box contains one of the actual lenticular concert tickets for the July 24, 2009 performance of This Is It at the O2 arena, mounted in acrylic ticket holder 
5. All contained in a collectible limited edition numbered-403/1000-custom box with a built-in sound-responsive LED light panel on the front cover

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Upon the completion of the auction, the Buyer will receive an eBay End of Auction/Transaction notice and may make payment. Overcharges will be refunded.

PAYMENT : I accept PayPal.

1. PayPal eChecks must clear before shipping. PayPal contacts me when eChecks have cleared.
2. Payment is to be completed within 72 hours of the close of the auction.

POSTAGE:

Labels are printed through eBay. Discounts are passed along to Buyers.

If you prefer another shipper than the ones stated in the listing, contact me before bidding. On large items, a pick-up can usually be arranged.   

POSTAGE REFUNDS : When listing an item, I guesstimate postage.

INSURANCE/HANDLING CHARGE

1. Insurance is required on items which, in my discretion, are delicate/breakable or of high value.
2. Insurance is added to the Handling Charge. 
3. On all sales, there is Handling Charge. (It ranges between $1.50 and $3.50. On large items, it will be more.) 
4. It covers: Packaging Materials-bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, box, tube, Styrofoam sheet insulation, etc.) and My Time (packing, shipping and driving to the shipping location).

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE:

1. All items are shipped to your confirmed PayPal address.
2. If you would like you order shipped to an address other than the one PayPal has on file either
3. update the address you would like your purchase sent to.

SHIPPING :

1. All items are shipped, with Tracking within 24 hours. 
2. If there is a delay in shipping, I will contact you.

RETURN/ ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

All correspondence is through eBay Messages.

If the item is not as described in the listing and/or as shown in the photos:

1. The Buyer is to contact me and provide me with clear concise photos of the problem within 14 days from receipt of the item. (The shipper's tracking delivery date is the date of receipt. )
2. If the Buyer's complaint is justified, I will accept the item back and refund the cost of the item/postage/handling and the return postage.
3.  If we are unable to agree, I will ask eBay to intercede. (If I request the item to be returned, I will provide the Buyer with postage.

INSURANCE CLAIM: I will file the claim.

  The Buyer is Not to ship the item back unless directed so by the Seller. The Buyer is to throw nothing out.

Save the damaged item, the box it was shipped in and all the packing materials.   

1. If the Buyer receives a damaged item, send me a description of the damage and photographs through eBay Messages. (If you are unsure what to include in the photos, contact me so I can share what is needed in your photos.)
2. I will file a claim with the Post Office Claims Department. They will either settle the claim or contact the Buyer asking that the damaged item, box and packing materials be brought to their local Postmaster to be inspected.
3. If the Claims Department asks the Buyer to do so, I would like the Buyer to let me know. I will provide the Buyer with a list describing the damage.
4. The Buyer is to bring to his Postmaster: (A) The list of the damage so the Postmaster can examine the item and confirm it. (B) The letter the Buyer received from the Claims Department. (C) The damaged item, box and all packaging materials.
5. As stated on the USPS web page under Filing Domestic Claims-Proof of Damage (usps.com/help/claims.htm#domestic), the Buyer?s Post Office reserves the right to ask to examine the item and packaging materials.
6.  A claim will be denied if examination is requested and the Buyer isn?t accommodating. If that is the reason for the claim?s denial, the Buyer will not receive a refund.  
7. Refund to the Buyer is for the original cost of the damaged item. The USPS DOES NOT reimburse the shipping cost on insurance claims.
