Description
Here it is, for many this was the record that started their love and obsession for heavy metal; and, how would you blame them? This is an absolute classic from Track A1 to Track B4. Well, if you're both a massive fan AND collector, what I have for you is a very clean, well-kept original 1986 press of Master of Puppets by heavy metal legends Metallica! I have been the owner of this particular copy for roughly a decade, and, knowing its value, most likely only played it through once before putting its plastic protective outer sleeve over it before setting it back on my shelf. The vinyl plays EX throughout each track - although, due to obsessively combing either side for any scuff or mark, I would conservatively grade it VG++. The few small, light scuffs I was able to find were not felt, and were not audible upon play-testing. The labels on the disc, as pictured, are extremely glossy and are in like-new condition. The cover has begun to show signs of light edge and corner wear, as well as a bit of ring wear; however, it has nothing on the original pic inner sleeve - which does look great, bjt unfortunantly has small seam splits beginning to form on all three sides. This means that, during packaging, I will be removing the record itself from the cover and will place it inside of a plain white inner sleeve - in orded to prevent further damage to the inner sleeve. Without the splits, this copy of the First Press Allied Variant lf this LP would be nearly perfect. I will so note that i have over a decade kf buying and selling records online; and will take every pre aution necessary to make sure that you receive this LP in the exact condition pictured here. It will be housed in a plastic outer sleeve as well!
