Description
Chet Baker / Art Pepper "Playboys" World Pacific PJ-1234, Mono, 1957, Black & Silver label. Players: Chet Baker/trumpet; Art Pepper/alto sax; Phil Urso/tenor sax; Carl Perkins/piano; Curtis Counce/bass; Lawrence Marable/drums.
The record is in NM- condition - beautiful, glossy surface with only a hint of wear, mostly in the form of a few slight sleeve marks and 1 or 2 spindle marks per label side.
The cover is in VG++/NM- shape. There is a 3" bottom edge seam split at the open end, repaired internally, as well as some general light edge/corner wear, and a bit of light discoloration on the back cover. The cheesecake front cover (a classic) looks great, with vibrant colors and almost no wear. Here's a classic in fine shape!
