PiL-Metal Box-Three record set.
An opportunity to purchase this rare box set "Metal Box" by Public Image Ltd (PiL). This is the second album recorded by the classic Wobble/Levine/Lydon line up from 1979. This is a record, three actually, variously eulogised as a lost masterpiece and derided as post-punk doodling, I will leave you to decide...
The winning bidder will receive the red text flyer, the original vinyl separators, the three discs and the all important Metal Box. The records themselves are not mint but they are unscratched. They have some surface marks on them and could do with a good clean. I have not played them for many years. The labels on each disc are clean, bright white with bright red and black print. The separators are just starting to yellow with age as is the typed flyer. The box itself is dent-free but has developed a patina commensurate with its thirty years of existence. It also has some marking and light rust flecks which if common on examples of this release
