This record is pretty much in near mint condition. It has a promo punch hole on the bottom right corner. The vinyl is VG++ to near mint as well as the album sleeve which has retained its tightness or crispness as well as color. There is a slight corner ding on the upper right side if you look closely but otherwise this record is in fantastic shape.
