Professor Lett and Study - Love Serenade
Beantown Records 105-14
Original press from 1974 (which is etched into the vinyl)
Earl Lett on saxophone and as producer and arranger. Grady Lett on Trumpet. Recorded in Halifax, N.S., Canada!


Vinyl condition is Near Mint. Visually the LP is bright and shiny, no scratches, one scuff on side one that doesn't affect the sound quality (listen to the sample). No pops, no clicks. Some minor surface noise can be heard in between tracks, but it plays wonderfully. No marks on the labels.

Cover condition is VG+. Some slight ring wear is apparent, there is a minor stain on the front and back in spots. No writing, no marking and no tears or splits. See the photos for detail.

This is an insanely rare soul, funk and slightly jazzy record, recorded in Atlantic Canada, of all places. The band was on tour when they recorded this. Beantown Records was a Boston label with a mailing address in New Haven, CT.
