Description

This is a collection of two Beatle albums from the early 60s: "Meet the Beatles" and "Help".   "Meet the Beetles" is the rare "no credits" album, with no credits (BMI/ASCAP) indicated.*   It is also the more uncommon stereo version (mono copies are 8 to 10 times more plentiful).  "Help" is a first-pressing mono...has no credit for instrumentalist Ken Thorne (mentioned on later pressings).  No rips or tears on the covers; sleeves are intact.  Vinyl on both records is in good (but not pristine) condition, some scratches.  No visible spindle marks on "Help" label, a couple minor ones on "Meet the Beatles".

*"The absolute first pressings of this all-time classic Beatle album are simple to verify: they had no BMI and/or ASCAP publishing credits present on the actual record labels and this is one of them!  As this "oversight" was quickly corrected, these first pressings had a VERY short run, thus making them most sought after by Beatles enthusiasts."

I just listened to both LPs at the request of a bidder.  Result: no skips.
